Connect HubSpot
Create a HubSpot service key with the right read scopes and paste it into Walli-AI, with every scope explained.
Connecting HubSpot lets an agent look up contacts, companies, deals and tickets, read notes, calls, emails, meetings and tasks, and use HubSpot lists as campaign audiences. You create a credential in HubSpot, grant it the scopes below, and paste it in the agent's integration settings: open the HubSpot tile on the Integrations page and choose Connect next to the agent.
Set up the connection
Credential: HubSpot service key (or: Legacy private app access token). Format: pat-....

If a feature says a permission is missing
Open the Integrations page and look at the HubSpot connection. It lists the scopes your key is missing and the features each one turns off, and Re-check runs the check again. Add the missing scope to the key in HubSpot, then choose Re-check. Features whose scopes are granted keep working while others wait.
Troubleshooting
- A read fails for a missing permission: add the scope named in the table above to your key and re-check.
- The key does not paste or connect: copy it again from HubSpot: under the key choose Show, then Copy (HubSpot: service keys).
