A viewer can never spend
Read-only members cannot start a run, generate a brief or ask the build engine for anything. Per-member caps sit on top of that.

The agent that runs hourly can be prevented from reaching for the most expensive option, without limiting the one that does deep research.
The platform routes down on its own
A governor sends each job to the cheapest model that has actually proved reliable for that kind of work, learned from real outcomes rather than assumed.

The product is not cut into pieces.
Plans differ by how many agents, how many seats and how much storage you get. They do not differ by which capabilities you may use. All 16 roles, all 32 workflows, all 15 integrations, Tables, reports, dashboards, code execution, custom tools and the daily intelligence layer are on every plan including the smallest.
Single sign-on, roles and permissions, and the audit trail are the only features gated by tier, and they unlock at Business because that is the point where teams start needing them.

What happens when the trial ends?
Your card is charged for the plan you picked. You can change plan or cancel from the billing screen at any point, including during the trial.
Can I be surprised by an AI bill?
Not without opting in first. Overage is off until you enable it, and the cap you set when you do is enforced rather than advisory.
What if I need more than the largest plan?
Add agents and AI packs. There is no larger tier and no custom pricing, so there is nothing to negotiate for.
Do you have SOC 2?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. If your business requires a compliance report to sign, we are not ready for you yet.
